Exchange & Return

Returns, exchanges and refunds policy:

The customer has the right to return the goods without giving a reason within 14 days. The return period begins upon receipt of the goods. After the inspection period has expired, the purchase agreement is considered final.

  • Please indicate your return via your account on our website or complete the Model Withdrawal Form . You can also write a letter stating your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Pack the item in its original packaging with all tags and include the return form or your letter. Without the form or letter, we cannot identify the order.
  • When returning goods on which you received a discount or special offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if your total falls below the discount/offer threshold (for example, items in a multi-buy offer), and the refund will be adjusted accordingly. Any free promotional gift issued with an order must also be returned if you are returning the goods to which the promotional gift was linked.
  • Return processing takes 5 to 10 business days. The purchase amount will be credited to the bank account from which the transfer was made.

Return exceptions:

  • All items must be returned in their original, unused condition (with original packaging), with all tags and labels still attached. If tags and/or labels are removed, the goods will be considered used.
  • Personalized items or goods that have been manufactured to your specifications cannot be exchanged/returned.
  • Underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective. Keep the shipping receipt until you receive confirmation that your package has been received. Silkmood is not responsible for the loss of your return package.

Exchange:

It is not possible to exchange one item for another. You must make a new purchase and return the original item.

Return or Exchange in Store:

You can collect, return, or exchange your online order (if the item is in stock) free of charge at our store in Antwerp, Belgium. Pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached and bring it to the store. Your return will be processed immediately.

In-Store Purchase Exchange:

Items purchased in-store can only be exchanged within 14 days. Pack the items securely in their original packaging and bring the original receipt. Without the purchase receipt and proof of purchase, we cannot accept the return.

What can you do if the product you ordered is not the right size?

The best solution is to return the product to us. As soon as we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount. In the meantime, you can place a new order immediately, without waiting for the refund.
