What are the shipping costs?

For orders over €69 (in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany), delivery is free. For orders under €69, a €6.95 fee covers order preparation, transport, and delivery. When you order multiple items, they may be shipped together. You will see an overview of the shipping costs in the first step of the checkout process.

When will my order be delivered?

Your order will be shipped via DPD and Bpost. Delivery time is 2 days in Belgium (weekends and public holidays not included). For neighboring countries (Netherlands, France, Germany, etc.), delivery time is 2 to 4 days.
If you choose to pay in advance, we will ship your order once your payment is received. Depending on your bank, it may take 2 to 4 days to receive your payment, and shipping time will be longer.

What happens if I'm not at home?

If you are not home at the time of delivery, you will receive a message indicating that a parcel is available for collection. You can then pick up the parcel at a DPD (Kronopost) parcelshop or post office. All the necessary information will be included in the message.

My order has not been delivered. What should I do?

If your order is not delivered within 7 days, please contact our customer service.

Payment options

Pay in advance (bank transfer)

If you choose to pay in advance, you will receive an order confirmation email with our bank details. Your order will be shipped as soon as we receive your payment. Depending on your bank, it may take 2 to 4 days to receive your payment, and shipping will take longer.
For faster delivery, we recommend that you send us the bank receipt by email.
Your orders will be reserved for you (maximum 7 days).

Pay via PayPal:
If you choose to pay with PayPal, you will be immediately redirected to the PayPal website. If you already have a PayPal account, you can log in and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can create a PayPal account and confirm the payment. It only takes a few minutes for us to receive the payment.

Pay by credit card:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Carte Bleue cards.
Payment on Silkmood is completely secure. All data is protected. We have absolutely no access to your bank details; they are transferred securely and in encrypted form to our bank.

How can I enter the discount code?
Once you have selected your products, click on the shopping cart and enter the discount code. The amount will be reduced automatically with your discount. You cannot enter a coupon code after placing your order.

Returns:
If you are not satisfied with the delivered products, you have the option to return your items within 14 days. All goods can be returned provided they are unused. The refund will be processed within 10 days of receiving the returned item(s).
